Pune Police have dismantled a major drug operation in Vishrantwadi, seizing over Rs 1 crore worth of mephedrone on Saturday. The anti-narcotics unit, acting on a tip-off, raided the Vighnaharta apartment complex in Lohegaon, recovering 471 grams of the drug.

Three men—Srinivas Godje, Rohit Bende, and Nimish Abhnave—have been arrested. The case is being investigated at Vishrantwadi Police Station under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Initial findings suggest links to international drug trafficking, pointing to a broader network. The arrests mark a significant setback for the drug syndicate.
